1. Introduction

777bs is an English-language online betting information and services platform built for Pakistan's sports and casino community. By registering an account, accessing the Site or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

3.1 Age Requirement

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate account exists, you must notify support immediately.

3.4 Additional Eligibility Conditions

You are not eligible to register or maintain an account if:

• You are acting on behalf of another person or as an agent or nominee;
• You are a current or former employee, contractor or director of 777bs or any affiliated entity;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are a professional player, syndicate member or participant in any scheme designed to exploit bonus offers or gaming systems;
• Your account was previously terminated by the Platform for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 Account Security

4.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal denial and forfeiture of funds. The Platform reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes, in accordance with these Terms. All use of the Services must be in good faith and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Technical Access

You must not attempt to access the Platform through automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any software designed to interfere with normal user interaction. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network or database connected to the Platform.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You must not post, upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable. The Platform reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its discretion without prior notice.

5.4 Fair Play

All Users must participate in games and betting markets in a fair and honest manner. Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, arbitrage betting in a manner prohibited by the operator, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where unfair play is suspected or confirmed.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform may accept deposits via payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Methods available to Pakistani users may include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfer, direct bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and optionally card or cryptocurrency payments where supported. 6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion.

6.3 Currency

Where PKR is listed as a supported account currency, all account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion fees may apply where the Platform processes transactions in a currency other than your account currency. 7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and the Platform's anti-money laundering controls. The Platform may require withdrawals to be processed via bank transfer where other methods are unavailable or where the transaction amount exceeds a defined threshold.

7.3 Processing Times

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by the Platform are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Actual figures are set per promotion and must be confirmed in the relevant offer terms.

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

During an active bonus period, maximum bet limits apply. Placing single bets above the stated maximum (typically between PKR 500 and PKR 1,000 — see individual promotion terms) while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent. 8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days from issue) will be forfeited automatically. The Platform does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8.5 Abuse of Bonuses

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, multi-accounting, or any other conduct designed to obtain bonuses improperly. What constitutes bonus abuse is determined by the Platform on a case-by-case basis.

9. KYC & Verification

9.1 Verification Obligation

The Platform is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to permitting continued access to the Services. You agree to provide all documents and information requested by the Platform as part of its KYC process, promptly and in the format specified.

9.2 Acceptable Documents

For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months) may be required in addition to identity documents. A selfie or liveness check may be required to confirm that the document belongs to the applicant.

9.3 Document Authenticity

You must not submit altered, obscured, falsified or otherwise fraudulent documents. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence in Pakistan and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds held, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

9.4 Secure Submission

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must not send sensitive identity documents via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, live chat or any other unsecured channel. The Platform will never request your password, PIN or full card number.

10. Responsible Gambling

777bs is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. 11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information;
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors rather than reporting them;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after funds have been wagered;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users;
• Attempting to gain access to another User's account;
• Any other conduct that the Platform determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity of the Services or to other Users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 777bs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 777bs.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes set out in these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 777bs.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. 777bs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform's availability may be affected by maintenance windows, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

13.3 Maximum Liability

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are enforceable, 777bs's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your account. 777bs accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Services. You must only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

Section 14

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by the Platform

777bs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Services immediately ceases. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with the Platform's policies and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Where termination results from a breach by you, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your account balance.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in accordance with these Terms. Pending bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. The Platform does not represent that its services comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own legal compliance.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified in the operator's licensing conditions. 16. Amendments to These Terms

777bs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 14.3.
